(1/2) Yesterday evening, a crew from Station Cape Disappointment rescued a man after his cataraft began to drift out to sea in the Columbia River. Someone on shore noticed the man fall off his raft and called 911. Astoria Dispatch notified personnel at #USCG Sector Columbia River
