If I had the money to invest I would’ve. That budget this year was paid entirely from outside sponsors. I ended the season with about $200 in my personal checking account and not much in savings either. I started the season with about the same too, so not like I went in debt trying to race. Would I do it again? Hard to say, but for 8 months I got to travel across the country, meet some really cool people, drive a racecar on the weekend, and live out most 23 year old’s dream.

For reference, our full season ARCA budget this year with a smaller family operation was $140,000 for the whole year.

Hard to believe it's been five years since the infamous @NASCAR_Xfinity Roval rain race in 2020. The spray was massive. Visibility was worse. And it led to predictable results. Since NASCAR has learned a great deal about clearing standing water before racing on a wet track, we'll probably never see something like this again.
