Lana is an Enviromentalist and is so well suited to work with Sarah at NS Department of Natural Resources in the Wildlife division! This placement is one of my dreams! I'm do happy for Lana and this experience. Here she is working at Acadia's Envirothon. @avrce_cbl

Connor is learning lots in Technology Services at Acadia! Very fitting placement for a future computer science student at Acadia in September. Very proud of you Connor! @avrce_cbl

Maxx has been working with Autism NS for his coop. Planning programs, helping groups and learning through collaboration are all great experiences that I am glad Maxx is having. @avrce_cbl

Malakai is learning with AVRCE in the Property Services Electrical division. When I stopped in to visit, he was getting some old fridges ready for the dump by removing all usable parts. Hands on learning! @avrce_cbl

Owen is completing a coop at Canadian Tire in Automotive Repair - he likes it so much that he will continue until the end of June! @avrce_cbl

@NSCCKingstec hosted a wonderful @Skills_NS Try-A-Trade event! We loved the hands on stations throughout the campus and booths in the gym. Thanks for a great event having us learn about careers and post secondary education! @AVRCE_NS @avrce_cbl

@CleanFoundation had a great presentation and activity! Groups learned about geothermal, solar, wind, marine and hydroelectric power sources and the best places to place in NS based on populations, sunlight, sacred land etc and the careers involved. @AVRCE_NS @avrce_cbl

Thanks to the great staff at Equilibrium Engineering in Kentville. Nolan is taking on a research project of energy consumption and what the best way to provide enough hot water for an expanding hair salon. A very real world application project!!! @AVRCE_NS @avrce_cbl

Sophia has been caring for and helping at Evergreen. She is on the path to nursing and her coops at the VRH and Evergreen will give her a great starting into a great career! Congrats Sophia @AVRCE_NS @avrce_cbl
