We need to study deadlock players and their obsession with Escalating exposure. If you point out the item does literally no dmg on a graph everyone assures you it’s “graphed wrong”. Why would we assume it’s one of two items to be graphed wrong? the only shred is the same as vuln

@KindaEbi @FredTheFinch0 i assume it's good on a spirit build where you get it as your first or second tier 4, not my hybrid where if I do get it it's 3 and the game lasts like 10 more minutes after that OR it's better on a character that stacks it almost instantly like infernus or maybe beam kelvin

@ClTVPOP @FredTheFinch0 Think of it like berserker. Most characters cant reliably maintain the stacks so its only good on someone like geist. Its a good item on victor cause he can maintain stacks with his 3. Only issue is deciding when to buy it, not sure cause i dont play victor.

@FredTheFinch0 @KindaEbi okay thank you, this makes me reconsider heavily as I tend to get escalating as a late cap off and having my build have a total of 30% of each resist without building directly into resists,

@ClTVPOP @yaboiniine @CherricherryB venture is always going 2 be high risk high reward and most engages will end up in you dying as long as you get a pick or two its fine but 2 cooldowns cycled thru 7-9 seconds isn't the best when a lot of your targets have reliable burst or disengage tools that are shorter cds

@junkerfucker @yaboiniine @CherricherryB venture gun drill blast whatever you want to call it is more than enough to take out a hitscan even if you don't hit your full dash, realistically you should be taking out or pressuring safely, venture is very solid and 90% is how crazy and easy burrow is

@ClTVPOP @yaboiniine @CherricherryB i think it entirely depends on the map and the character but generally all close range characters will struggle with hitscans hitscans will always be your biggest threat and while venture has ways to get close most also have ways to push you back or run (ashe, illari, soldier)

@junkerfucker @yaboiniine @CherricherryB i low-key disagree entirely venture has some of the safest and best mobility, they do not struggle into hitscan except cas cuz he disables your main kill tool, there are maps where it can be more difficult but usually it's a positioning issue

@257gon_ @PunishedBC017 apologies won't fix this, these sort of players (I find this a lot in fighting games) have like one gimmick in their gameplay and they'll do everything BUT adapt and end up throwing their matches due to it, it sucks espc as a Victor player to see
