i placed the order on the 2nd of february — 20 working days from then is february 28, but i got my order in april. you only followed up with a call because i followed up FIRST, as i wrote in my original post. a second call was received when i followed up the second time

@CladiniStudio i don’t see the point of this response when you weren’t tagged and if you won’t apologize for my experience shopping with you. but since you’re here, my tweet wasn’t an attempt to “check up on an order,” it was to express my displeasure at your post-purchase service.

cladini is doing popups and exclusive shoppings, meanwhile what i ordered since february 2nd hasn’t been delivered. and they only remember that they have a delivery to make when you follow up on the order, otherwise it’s radio silence on their end. quite razz tbh. 😕

@mideolabanji Okay Ma. I just confirmed the shipping timeline for your order. Its 20 working days stayed on the website at the time of preorder. We also followed up with a call regarding the order. I can also confirm that the order was delivered after the phone call conversation.

@CladiniStudio my experience with you is not as alleged — i had to follow up twice to get updates on my order, no shipping company sent me a tracking number. and no, you did not keep to word on your delivery timeline. have a good night.
