@clcmmw For UXR roles obtaining solid research experience is essential. You need to know how confidently plan, execute and communicate research findings It’s confusing as UXR uses different terms for the same methods, but knowing the traditional methods will help massively 😀

@virginmedia I have spent the last week trying to get through to cancel my broadband. I have moved and have a different provider. Tried chat, texting, WhatsApp and have still not managed to speak to a human. Last resort is Twitter it seems 🙈
