Teen Vogue asked Bao Nguyen, director of 'BTS: The Return', if any quote from a member stayed with him after filming.
He said the film was shaped around the Odyssey and Greek mythology, and remembered being in the car with #RM in LA when he suddenly started talking about 'kairos' and 'chronos.' That moment, early on, made it click for him that his view of BTS’s journey matched how the members saw it too.

The question about what to keep and what to change isn’t just about compromise. Perhaps it can also be liberating to have these men decide: honestly, the only things we must keep is that we’re Korean, and we make art; EVERYTHING else can be experimental.

It’s not the piece I thought I’d write on #BTS_ARIRANG for @TeenVogue, but my mind wouldn’t quieten down until I got this down. I wrote it for me - and hopefully for you!
