*peep the bio change* Finished my last shift of residency yesterday. Grateful. Tired. Blessed. Relieved.

My advice to the new interns starting work tomorrow is to show up as your authentic self each day. The medical knowledge will come with training and experience. It’ll be difficult and exhausting. Stay true to who you are and hold on to your “why” as you grow and evolve.
