@AliJW @dpd_uk Hi Alison, just to let you know I've responded to your email this morning. Customer service staff are present between 9am and 4pm on weekdays and are regrettably unable to respond outside that time.

@ClareFlorist this is now resolved (see email and FB message). @dpd_uk van had broken down - they have just delivered. However, unhappy at being unable to contact you and getting no response to my various attempts to communicate with you this afternoon.

@ClareFlorist Have been brilliant about this situation they dispatched the flowers on 29th Nov. @DPDgroup_news keep sending me text every day to tell me....These were memorial flowers and I am so angry my friend was left thinking we had forgotten 😢
