@ace_national Could you please confirm if you have started sending out emails to people who are in the system & have been told there is a decision but can’t access it. Partner org has waited 2 weeks. Print deadline is imminent & we’ve had a board meeting at which we couldn’t discuss our plans.

In the meantime, we are building a bespoke digital application form for the fund, which will be open again by mid-September at the latest. (2/3)

Grant management system update: We continue to make alternative solutions available to users, while our usual system is unavailable. As part of this, we are pausing new applications to National Lottery Project Grants. (1/3)

@HannahMatterson You can't phone them after 4pm Messaging ACE on Facebook gets an AI response which suggests contacting the (closed) phone line or chat (which also isn't working). We clearly should give up working in the arts and become civil servants and go home at 4.

@ace_national Help. Grantium appears to be down (tried on two browsers) and your help line closes at 4pm. Is there any one there who can sort it out as I was planning on working well into the evening to get a resubmission in.
