Today I’m off work, been to a crafting workshop, read my book, made tea from scratch for me and a friend later and now I’m watching my son at football training (granted from my car but it’s raining 😂) today I’m totally content with life! #simplethings #happy #imakemehappy

Awake at 2am agitated and anxious about work. Told a few colleagues how I was feeling, ate my frog, booked a coaching session and requested a date for a PDR. Nothing has changed but everything has changed. Thanks collegues. You know who you are.

First day back in rehearsals ! Always an amazing feeling to be playing music and finally getting back to doing shows ! One more day rehearsals and then on a plane ✈️ living for this weekend!
