Tell me there isn’t a culture of “end of day emails” in healthcare. Chased multiple issues today. Responses land at 17:27 and 17:30 from a Trust and a Government office. What a coincidence. 🙄

Zoe Ball recently spoke about the overwhelming feeling that comes before divorce, the fear, uncertainty and emotional weight of making the decision to leave. And this is the part people don’t talk about enough. It’s not the divorce itself that keeps people stuck. It’s the anticipation of it. The “what ifs”… What if I regret it? What if I can’t cope alone? What if it impacts the children? So people stay. Not because it’s right but because it feels safer than the unknown. But as Zoe shared, you do come out the other side. In my work, I see this every day. The moment someone moves from fear into action is the moment everything begins to shift. Not instantly, not perfectly, but powerfully. Because staying in the wrong relationship doesn’t protect you. It just delays the life you’re meant to live. The hardest part isn’t leaving. It’s deciding to. So what’s really keeping people stuck, the relationship itself, or the fear of what comes next? womanandhome.com/life/news-ente…

It’s Children’s Mental Health Week and it’s so important for us to encourage our children to share their thoughts and feelings about their mental health and to support one another. #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek #MentalHealth
