@MMarsh125 I promise we’re not! Often times homes in the same neighborhood are on different transformers which would explain the difference in restoration status. Thank you for bearing with us as we continue the restoration process!

@ClarkPUD I swear to god ya’ll are just toying with me. Neighborhoods on both sides of me have had power since yesterday. It has now been 24 hours and my house is a damn ice box.

Restoration efforts continue with all available crews working across the county, and additional mutual aid crews will be joining shortly.

@StatiK99 Hi, so sorry to hear this is happening! If you call 360-992-3000 and let a customer service representative know, they can enter a ticket in our system so a crew can come out and fix it. They will also let our dispatch team know this is showing as resolved when it isn’t. Thanks!

Recent weather forecasts show potential for more incoming disruptive weather including windy and gusty conditions tonight and into tomorrow. Crews will continue to work throughout if they can do so safely, but additional outages are possible.

High winds blew through for about 30 minutes and my Battle Ground neighborhood lost power briefly then lost it entirely about 1:20am and is completely dark. There’s still some lighter guests but nothing like it was for a while. Thankfully the temps are mild - in the low 50s. @ClarkPUD

Outage update: We’ve made significant progress restoring power, but many customers are still without service. Our crews are working diligently and will continue working around the clock until everyone’s lights are back on.

This week, more than $5 million in state credits have been applied to pre-qualified Clark Public Utilities customer accounts. If your account was identified as pre-qualified, you will be alerted via text message from the state’s partner agency, Promise, about the credit.
