@Mediclinic @HPCSA_ Apologies, Morningside and not Sandton Mediclinic. However, this is not a one-off complaint. There is simply no requirement for providing information to the patient in writing. Why not send a clinical care note home? Diagnosis, care, etc. As patients we demand better care.

How is it possible that my son spends 4 hours at A&E and comes home with no written record of his treatment, no diagnosis, no follow up care, no radiology report, no written referral, no sick note? NOTHING in writing. @Mediclinic (Sandton) @HPCSA_ You need to step up.
