Matt isn’t actively trying burn down what he built but he works for Penn State now. This is what happens in this sport in 2025. Coaches leave and gut the roster they are leaving. It sucks, but it’s reality.

The players voted to not play. You can’t force them to play. The university wanted a bowl game.
I feel bad for seniors and the fans who donate, pack the stadium, have paid the players independently for the last 3 years.
Fans always get screwed.

You could still do this house relatively affordably today, but no one would buy it new. It’s under 2,000SF, 3 beds (including “master”) sharing one utilitarian bath upstairs. The kitchen also utility and secluded. But every room had light from two sides and was easy to add-on.
