Acorn Class St David's Haigh

Our whole school family went to watch Rapunzel the pantomime at Bolton Albert Halls. It was magical 🌟 When we returned to school we acted out the story using den building equipment and our imaginations ✨ @LT_Trust @Haigh_St_Davids

We talked about what we have for breakfast at home. We know porridge is a healthy breakfast and Goldilocks and the bears like it too 🐻🙋🏼‍♀️ We designed our porridge toppings and then ate it at a picnic! @LT_Trust @Haigh_St_Davids @Cornerstonesedu

We had a wonderful visit from a lady from our local library. She told us that a library card can take us on incredible adventures through books. She gave us forms to become library members. We can’t wait to join and go and choose our first books. @LT_Trust @Haigh_St_Davids

As part of anti-bullying week, we wore odd socks as a symbol of acceptance and diversity. We read I walk with Vanessa and we drew ourselves if we would always show respect to others. We loved dancing to Andy and the odd socks band 🧦🎤🥁@Haigh_St_Davids @LT_Trust
