The issue is more or less the way the justice system is treating this case vs other cases that are similiar in nature or even worse cases (1st degree homicides). The bond (1.25M) is excessive considering they are giving out 250k bonds to be people who actually murdered someone. Whether you agree with him going up to people & asking “do you believe in free speech, etc,” the other guy in this case went out of his way to find Chud, & assault him. Chud in the moment did what he thought he should to protect himself. (He was sucker punched) He is being unfairly treated by the justice system, something you & Andrew can relate to. Maybe something to think about. What happened to Chud had nothing to do with him calling people the N word. He was leaving court, not streaming one of his shows the day he was attacked.
