L2s aren’t parasitical they expand utility while routing premium anchoring and settlement fees back to miners. The base layer stays decentralized and secure by keeping routine transactions off-chain; without L2s, congestion would centralize validation and price out users. Sovereignty is preserved because you can always exit to L1. The layered approach is pragmatic engineering, not removing the seatbelt before a crash

What you don't understand or don't want to understand is that BTC can only survive if you centralize it in other layers. But the paradox arises when those centralized layers are actually parasitical and do not rewards miners at all. In time this will make BTC collapse. And i am not talking about price. I don't care about price. I care about finacial sovereignty. And centralized layers compromised that. Base layer will be always decentralized (I hope) but it doesn't matter because you can't have everyone using it. So again, the solutions BTC community is proposing is just absurd. Is like drinving a car with seatbelt on and taking it of when you are about to crash (or in BTC case, when you are about to actually transact).

@thmblackwell @RetireonDividen Doesn’t matter. It’s not going to zero.

@RetireonDividen "We are at the bottom" group seems not ready for real $50,000 bottom.

@superkasman @BTCDontCare Right so it addresses the slow block mining as does the Lightning network which settles on chain and Bitcoin Cash which just has a bigger block.
My opinion even if Kaspa is better tech it’s not going to catch Bitcoin with its 17 year history at this point.
English

Sure, no problem. It is better than BTC because it uses nakamoto consensus too, but in a DAG structure. Which means it has same features as decentralization and security plus the "missing piece" in BTC, which is scalability. It is indeed the natural evolution of BTC. KASPA solves the trilemma and therefore realizes Satoshi's vision.

Europe will love Tesla self-driving!
Due to the extreme regulatory burden of the EU, which in general stifles innovation in Europe, Tesla owners there have been stuck with basic lane-following.

German TV reporter testing @Tesla FSD (Supervised) V14 in the country as public transport in rural areas: "I was genuinely impressed. In the situations where we experienced the system, it worked perfectly and safely. I hadn't expected that. Even in the bad weather conditions in the Eifel region. In many cases, it reacted at least as well as a human driver, if not better. If Tesla is ever allowed to roll out this system nationwide in Germany, I think it will have a major impact on mobility. And that will only be the beginning of some very significant changes in transportation..."
