Demon's Souls, Mario RPG, Metal Gear Solid 3...all 1:1 remakes. Reviewed well, sold well. Completely forgotten about less than a month after release
What was a criticism they shared? That they were the same games we've played before

Most annoying people on the internet right now are people crying over game key cards. They aren’t going anywhere and in fact we are heading more and more to an all digital gaming future. Just get used to it.

With language barriers removed, some Japanese creators are reporting an increase in slander and criticism from overseas. If overseas standards are applied to Japanese works in this way, the uniqueness of Japanese anime, manga, games, and other content may be lost. We would be grateful if people overseas who value this uniqueness would support Japanese creators.

@TheRealRyuddo Operation darkness is pretty obscure. I dont know anyone whos played it, and i wasnt about to spend my few gamestop bucks on a tactical game way back when. Ive never played the last story though so that one is less obscure and more unknown to me.

@TheRealRyuddo For me its evolution worlds. Dungeon crawler that had seperate games back on dreamcast. But my disc got scratched and i could never finish the final dungeon.
