We would like to address questions regarding the use of AI in Crimson Desert. During development, some 2D visual props were created as part of early-stage iteration using experimental AI generative tools. These assets helped us rapidly explore tone and atmosphere in the earlier phases of production. However, our intention has always been for any such assets to be replaced, following final work and review by our art and development teams, with work that aligned with our quality standards and creative direction. Following reports from our community, we have identified that some of these assets were unintentionally included in the final release. This is not in line with our internal standards, and we take full responsibility for it. We also acknowledge that we should have clearly disclosed our use of AI. While these tools were primarily used during early production, with the expectation that these assets would be replaced prior to release, we recognize that this does not excuse the lack of transparency. We sincerely apologize for these oversights. We are currently conducting a comprehensive audit of all in-game assets and are taking steps to replace any affected content. Updated assets will be rolled out in upcoming patches. In parallel, we are reviewing and strengthening our internal processes to ensure greater transparency and consistency in how we communicate with players moving forward.

I think the fleshmob spawns are to high and eat up to many zombie spawns, if there were more regular voteless it would be harder and more engaging. I think spawns probably need about a 50% increase at the baseline for the new squids becuase we had to super cheese it to spawn this much.

@Claysthetics Funny that u all combined had 5 deaths total and 4 being accidentals. Squids are way too easy. Lets hope the new Squids enemies are challenging enough to make this faction more interesting to play against.

Managed to rack up a 4042 kill game on helldivers 2 in the new mindless hordes game mode. I also had a gas mortar equipped and it wasnt tracking kills for the host.

@roxxlyy I think the community management of this game was one of the only things that kept it together for so long in NA. Unfortunate lost ark had the end up the way that it did, hopefully the next game that gets you can make the most out of everything your capable of.

"Modern metrics for success are very complicated" Making a hit IS a challenge, I'll grant him that. But where did he get the notion that a profitable amount of people would be consistently engaged by niche 3v3 hero shooter with such a dull setup phase? Was there actual research involved? or is this one of those "I'm sure everyone thinks just like me" situations?

After playing marathon that shit is just weird as fuck. Shooting the guns is actually good and playing the game with filters to dull out the color vibrance is good. Story feels very "modern" no context very rushed trying to be cyberpunk. The bungie special, A menu for a menu with a menu to explain a menu. You spend on average 30-40% of your time in an extraction shooter in your stash/hideout/loadout screens. All of the menus look terrible with multiple different fonts on the same screen regularly very jarring. All items look the same nothing special about looting higher rarity items makes nothing feel special and the same at the same time. Colour choices for menus are awful and the blue screen of death tip to tell you what to click is such a bad choice that it just associates negativity for anyone that interacted with a computer pre windows 7. Somehow there was to much art and alot of it is to distorted or weird to want to look at. Music has very drawn out piercing tones to it in the menus and makes them almost annoying to interact with until you turn it off. Overall I try to never hate a game until I play it and was actually excited to try it but I just wish it was more streamlined to get me back into the game and less visually assaulting.
