@maxplayscfb All good! Even better for the rebuilds. Do they ask for nil the next season?
English

@Clayton2Powell no need!!!!! if you get a hard commit as of TODAY, no offer is needed whatsoever - sorry for confusion
English

@PiresVino @Poodle_YT @wcrb15 More 4 stars didn’t become 3 stars. We just got less of both. They turned into more 2 stars
English

@Clayton2Powell @Poodle_YT @wcrb15 Exactly so now we have less 3 stars and more 2 stars so we see more gems and more busts
We have all these 4 stars that became 3 stars so we see more gems
English

One of the biggest recruiting changes in the latest CFB 27 Dynasty update may have flown under the radar.
Full credit to @wcrb15 for datamining and uncovering this information.
CPU teams now recruit outside their top pipelines more often, creating more competition for overlooked recruits.
EA reduced the number of generated 3★ and 4★ recruits while increasing 2★ recruits.
The result:
Fewer hidden gems
More competition for quality recruits
Mid-tier schools will have a much tougher time as talent becomes more scarce.
How this impacts you….
At least for now, Online leagues will deal with more scarcity issues with the top tier talent, specifically the 4 and 3 star gems.
I think they will further tune this again after all this feedback. They basically said before this update that they will tweak, listen and then tweak again.
English

@Poodle_YT @wcrb15 There are literally way MORE hidden gems because so many 4 stars were turned into 3 stars lol
Come on man
English

@maxplayscfb Have they updated guys reducing NIL asks as the recruiting season goes along? That seems like the best fix for small schools to get in on the four stars
English

Regarding 'forgotten four stars' post update, some thoughts:
1. they ABSOLUTELY patched it in terms of recruits getting zero offers
2. however, im not sure how much was true 'CPU goes after these guys now' vs. 'CPU is more likely to offer a scholarship and literally nothing else'
Re: point 2, a LOT of the guys im seeing 'with offers' have a board that looks like this midway through the year
This means, at least to me, that going after 4 stars as a lower-tier school will still feel like CFB 25/26 - where the biggest question is 'can i win this recruit before the CPU Zombies wake up from the dead and remember to go after this player'

iight here we go. I wanted to elaborate on my video yesterday regarding the #CFBPlayDontPay as my opinion is slightly different than other peoples.
In a vacuum I personally don't think giving an option to buy coach levels in an offline mode to avoid the grind is the end of the world. If the decision has been made that microtransactions are coming to offline modes, something that only affects a solo playthrough is harmless to the rest of the player base.
Removing the Coach XP sliders to accompany the microtransaction is first off greasy and second off ruins the pacing of the game for everyone.
It also feels like such an unnecessary thing to do. I don't think any user that'd be willing to pay to skip the coach level grind would care one bit that there was a XP slider. I also don't think the people who are upset with the removal of this slider would ever consider buying coach levels in the first place. I think EA got this decision all wrong.
I've seen people share my results that I won 10 straight undefeated nattys and only got to level 48 and why am I complaining I've won all there is to win, who cares about coach level. Well to me, Coach XP exists because levelling up and building your coach abilities is the heart beat of every dynasty mode. When you can achieve 10 nattys in a row and can still only unlock HALF of the abilities in an offline mode, you lose all belief that the current XP system was designed with reasonability in mind.
Wanna get some of those fun tier 4 abilities that your coach build specialized in? Maybe 15-20 undefeated seasons in a row will get you there across 2-3 skill trees....and that's just to unlock the damn things. These abilities are supposed to be exciting perks that can completely change your experience and help turn your school into a bigger program. I want to earn them while I'm trying to get my school to a powerhouse level, while I'm on that grind from 1 star school to 5 star school but with how the pace of XP is right now in game you're not sniffing the entry level of these abilities until, as mentioned above, you've won everything that you could possibly want to win.
This isn't Ultimate Team where you squad day 1 is your squad that you build up until day 365. Most dynasty players play dozens of dynasty runs throughout the lifecycle of the game and start from scratch each time. It's not like the Coach level 1 to 100 grind is attached to our account and we can bring our progress with us every time we want to start a new dynasty.
Tanking the progression in a game while offering a pay to avoid grind option is the kinda shit you see in a free to play mobile game, we shouldn't be seeing this in a a triple A sports title, a damn game that was brought back to life 3 years ago and branded like it's for the community, it's for the people who were still playing NCAA Football 14 a decade after it released, for the biggest diehard community in sports gaming BY FAR.
I've seen Bordeaux and NTE bring up that they don't care about their partnership with EA when taking a stand against this. Those guys have massive channels are gonna be perfectly fine with or without being EA Creators.
For me, being an EA Creator is a huge opportunity to help with my channels exposure with the early access and it sucks going into year 15 that these windows are so important still but it is what it is. I worked so hard to get to a point where Mills vouched for me to get me involved with EA. Every event I've gone too or participated in I've done everything that I can to maximize my time and my value to EA and the developers.
As an EA Creator it's on us to provide constructive feedback and represent the communities we're 'leaders' of. That is all this is. EA chose us because of our standing in the community and how passionate we all are about their games. #CFBPlayDontPay is our feedback. We don't want it to be Coach XP speed this year and then something else taken away next year to drive spending more money.
July 9th we get comms from CFBDirect and they have a great opportunity to restore a lot of peoples faith in a game that has all the potential in the world to be everything the devs and everything the players want it to be.
✅Turn the Fast/Fastest Coach XP sliders back on
✅Address the ratings decay/CPU recruiting bugs
✅Tune the NIL demands of lower rated players
Cool, peace ✌️

@CeeVee3YT @SoBackSports We needed everything when he took over (aging bad roster). Hasn’t been perfect but we also aren’t in a bad spot at all
English

@SoBackSports It’s just sad man.
Is Poles perfect? Absolutely not.
But it’s crazy how badly 2018 has wrapped everyone’s minds into thinking that’s the only way we can win when we didn’t even win a playoff game that year.
English

This fanbase is genuinely the worst in all of sports.
We got a GM that finally got us a franchise QB for the first time since WW2, a franchise HC for the first time since Lovie Smith and built an offense that is built to have consistent success for the first time in franchise history.
But because ONE POSITION GROUP is lacking, it’s time to fire him to the moon because apparently, any GM can do what Poles has done so far.
Conrad Sports Network@DarrylConrad
Not trading for Garrett or Crosby is not the disease… it is a symptom of the disease. The disease is that we had a bad GM from 2022-24 and didn’t stack the resources required to make these moves. The disease is bad GMing.

@Giddeyparty_ @jacobinfante24 Back to full for that rams game man. You could see it
English

@jacobinfante24 Kyler is our most impactful player when healthy man
English

I think the biggest additions the #Bears defense have in 2026 will be the return of a healthy Jaylon Johnson and Kyler Gordon.
The slot was a major weakness with Kyler out, and the perimeter coverage was wildly inconsistent. Jaylon has never been nearly as volatile as what they had outside in 2025.
If those two stay healthy, it’ll be a major boost to Chicago’s defense. I have my pass-rush concerns, but it’ll become a lot less worrisome with a healthy secondary.

English

Horry went 0-for-18 from 3 in this series but that's never mentioned because plebs want to blame Kobe.

5/13/2003 - Kobe Bryant’s crazy takeover in Game 5 against the Spurs to nearly lead a miraculous Lakers comeback
English

@M_Qasim_Qadri @clayharbs82 @DavidHaugh @ruthiepolinsky @CHSN_Bears @CHSN__ I think just having those two in rotation on run downs will help booker and sweat on pass downs have a little more juice
English

Chicago are you convinced that getting back to the basics and coaching the fundamentals will fix the Bears pass rush or should they consider a veteran edge?
Technique matters. Fundamentals matter. But QBs don’t get hit because you had a beautiful stance. They get hit because somebody can win one-on-one, threaten the edge, convert speed to power, and finish. #DaBears #Bears #ChicagoBears
English

@ErikLambert1 I think people tend to forget Booker and sweat had to play every down because of our injuries at edge. If booker or sweat can take a couple plays off on first and second down to be fresh for third downs, our pass rush will be way improved.
English

@KCARC_ @TommyK_NFLDraft This guy wants us to be the bengals? I swear people don’t even know the point they are making
English

@TommyK_NFLDraft tbf they used your philosophy and went w/ positional value > BPA and they assembled the worst DL in the league.
do not know if that line would even be good this year.
English

Bengals could’ve very easily looked at their DL and said we need more from the guys we have and are even more invested then the #Bears
Myles Murphy - 1st round pick
Shemar Stewart - top 20 pick
Kris Jenkins - top 50 pick
This offseason:
- They gave the markup Dayo contract to Boye Mafe
- Paid Jon Allen (Risky move. Grady type deal would not have done)
- Traded for Dex
- Drafted probably the best DPR in the draft with their first pick
Can’t sit on your hands in the trenches unless you want to look like how Bengals have the past couple of years
Jeremy Fowler@JFowlerESPN
The Bengals are not picking up the fifth-year option for DE Myles Murphy, per source, but they have interest in keeping him in the fold long term. Murphy had 5.5 sacks for CIncinnati last season.
English

@TommyK_NFLDraft Bengals have invested picks and so much money into their dline over the last couple years and it has led to being worse than the bears. I’m not sure why you want to be the bengals
English

@OneNoleFamily @jacobinfante24 That’s fair. I didn’t watch him much. Thought he was good when I was watching verse
English

@Clayton2Powell @jacobinfante24 One year, with Jared Verse. The guy has no hustle and no motor
English

@itsfickybaby 💯, I’m ready!!! We all are! 🐻⬇️. Great coverage as usual from you @davebftv & @BearsFanTV
