@TrishHeinrich I don't have any suggestions, but I'd love to hear about anything you find. Personally, I find fear arousing the way some other people find pain or humiliation arousing. So I use monsters the way some people use handcuffs or paddles.😈

@CloverErotica I finish basically everything I start. But I don't read a book unless I have a reason for reading it. Books where nothing much happens, or which are too formulaic and predictable, are a bit of a drag, however. I like books that do something unexpected.

@AuthorDrea Yeah, I'm too much of a weirdo to be part of a community. I get lonely sometimes, but I'm mostly used to it at this point. I've always been that strange kid sitting alone in the corner that sensible people avoid.😂Hope you find what you're looking for.

Something I didn't anticipate about self-pub is how lonely it is. I want/need total control, so no regrets. But I don't have agent/pub mutuals to boost each other. I don't have relationships forged in query trenches. It's hard to find others in the same place & genre.
