@robertkaplinsky 32 yrs in rural cntrl US. Trying to constantly reinvent methodology, delivery, relevance, + impress to all a need for diligence/continual strength has punched big holes in the "ball". Bounce back? May not occur unless all involved See/Perform the "work" needed and not shy away.

For anyone who's been in education 30+ years, have you ever seen the kind of burnout and mass resignations that we're seeing right now? I've only been in ed for about 20 years and wonder if this loss of teacher talent and experience is something we can bounce back from.
