@Keianabreann We have regulatory responsibilities to satisfy when a product failure is reported to us. However, if you no longer have the tests and packaging in question, there is nothing our Quality Investigators can do in this instance.

@Clearblue I already threw it away it has urine on it. Also, I don’t have the receipt because I purchased it last year with the other clearblue that also didn’t work. I just wanted you to know.

@lebohangbokako If the test says 3+ it means that it is estimating that you conceived at least 3 weeks ago. It could be significantly more as 3+ is the maximum the test can show. See your Doctor who can date and monitor your pregnancy for you. We hope this helps!

@mevoyavomitar El único resultado válido es el que aparece en la pantalla de la prueba, las líneas dentro de la prueba no tienen significado. Si se está haciendo el test antes del retraso, puede ser que sus niveles de hCG sean bajos para que los detecte el test.

@mevoyavomitar @Bolboreta_19 @Clearblue Supongo que un test será cualitativod#: hay hormona presente sí o no. El otro, más sensible, cuantitativo: a más hormona más semanas de embarazo, más marcada la linea.
