bro ascendant has to be the worst rank to ever be stuck on in the entirety of valorant. like at this point I'm genuinely expecting everybody in my team to have a severe IQ deficiency. I'm genuinely surprised they even got this far in the ranks with that mentality and playstyle. how am I supposed to climb. how is ANYONE expected to climb. if you're ascendant/low immortal, all you get in these lobbies are throwers, tilt q'ers, no comms, washed players with high egos, cheaters, etc. if you're LUCKY... like REALLY lucky... you might get average/decent human beings in your team (regardless of skill). just NORMAL people playing to win, without putting your and everybody else's mental and game at jeopardy. the bar has gotten so low that that's what you should expect every match. this on top of all the recurring issues that already exist within the ranked aspect of valorant, makes it an unbelievably miserable experience to get on and play it. it's not just me complaining, it's not just the top 5% complaining, it's everybody. in ALL ranks. issues that could be easily fixed, that would drastically improve the quality of matches. go watch the streamers, the content creators, everybody else that keeps the game alive. people that promote it while doing so... they will all tell you the same thing. sure, you can't make everybody happy... and there will be changes that people like/dislike. but at this point, are they even making changes that anybody likes? it's sad to see what ranked has become. people like me playing it in hopes of experiencing what it once was like. even then... with all the issues at the time. it was far better than this. but it's all good. cuz a new bundle just came out... right? :)
