Instead of 3-5 new skills, we'll be getting around 7-10 on every job in Evercold thanks to Evolved mode. And that's not including the new role actions we'll probably get (or completely removed to make room for job unique actions)

Xiv players be so silly. Having 1-2-3 be 1-1-1 gives room for 2 extra skills that can enhance job interaction. Consolidating the hotbar gives room for more sauce, the only bad thing is that some jobs may have to wait until the next expansion cycle for that sauce at 120.
