Clemens recently completed the transformation of the Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel lobby as part of a comprehensive renovation. The refreshed space features custom lighting, modern finishes, updated furnishings, conference rooms, and a full-service bar and café.

20 years at Harbor Pines and another successful C3 Charity Golf Outing. Plenty of drinks, lots of laughs, and proof that we're much better builders than golfers. Thanks to our trade partners and supporters, we raised a record $32,000 for Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School!

Clemens is proud to have provided construction services for the new Jefferson Public Safety Hub. This collaborative facility brings together multiple departments to enhance coordination and response time as Philadelphia prepares to welcome events & visitors from around the world.

Congratulations to the Kingsessing Library & Recreation Center project team on receiving a 2026 Preservation Achievement Grand Jury Award! We're proud to have played a role in restoring this historic landmark and celebrate all those working to preserve our city's rich heritage.

As we wrap up Construction Safety Week, we’re reminded that safety is an everyday commitment. Today, our team held a safety stand-down at our Starr Insurance project focused on recognizing hazards and reducing risk. The goal is simple: making sure everyone gets home safe.

Respecting the plan is a key part of maintaining a safe jobsite. It requires following established processes, reassessing when conditions change, and ensuring everyone has a voice. At Clemens Construction, we encourage open communication and the use of Stop Work Authority.

Recognizing hazards is only the first step—how we respond makes the difference. At Clemens, we build safety into every phase by prioritizing proactive solutions and real-time field adjustments. By eliminating or reducing risk before work begins, we turn awareness into action.

We were proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of Vogt Rec Center last Friday alongside our partners, city leaders, and community members. This marks our fourth project with Rebuild, and each one reinforces a shared commitment to investing in spaces that truly serve the community.

The loss is felt across our industry following the parking garage collapse in the Grays Ferry area on Wednesday. Our thoughts are with the families of the Union Ironworkers who lost their lives. We extend our sincere condolences.

We are nearing completion of a full-scale renovation of the 20-story Sheraton University City Hotel. Our team is modernizing all 332 guestrooms and public amenity spaces, along with major MEP upgrades and parking garage repairs. All completed within a fully operational hotel.

Last week, our team joined city officials and neighborhood families to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the Kingsessing Rec. Center. We’re proud to have played a key role on the design and construction team, helping bring new life to this historic campus.

We are proud to welcome John Hallman as our newest Healthcare Superintendent. John brings decades of hands-on construction experience, including extensive work in active healthcare facilities such as CHOP, where safety, infection control, and precise coordination are critical.

Clemens’ Special Projects team completed a comprehensive renovation of the Loews Philadelphia Hotel public, meeting, and event spaces on Floors 2 & 33—featuring new finishes, custom lighting, ceiling treatments, restroom upgrades, and owner-furnished FF&E.

Clemens recently completed the Sky Garden Suites at the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia—transforming a full floor into 8 luxury accommodations. Delivered with precise coordination in an occupied tower, this project showcases true collaboration & craftsmanship.
