Dr. Jessica Larsen is working to develop a cure for brain-eating amoebas using nanoparticles 🦠 These particles carry amoeba killing drugs to the brain through the nose! @LarsenLab

@AlbaRubio_group created a coloring book as part of her @NSF CAREER Award. The coloring book supports women in STEM and will be distributed to schools in the area! A digital copy of the book can be found in the article.

Meet Dr. Majors, ChBE's new Assistant Prof! 👋🏼 Dr. Cat Majors earned her B.Eng. in Biomedical Engineering at Vanderbilt University and her PhD in Bioengineering from Rice University where her research focused on the development of new methods to detect bacterial infections. (1/2)

(2/3) She comes to us having just finished her postdoc at Northwestern University where she worked on split enzyme engineering. Here at Clemson, Dr. Majors is excited to build a research program centered on the engineering of novel protein signaling networks that can be applied
