The A19 northbound is currently closed at Crathorne following a two-vehicle collision involving two HGVs. ❗️ The road is likely to remain closed for some time as one of the vehicles spilled its load. Drivers are being urged to avoid the area. Thank you for your patience.

Flatts Lane between Normanby and the Guisborough bypass has now fully re-opened after fallen trees were removed. Our colleagues @HpoolCouncil are aware of debris on the A689 and diversions remain in place whilst this is being removed.

A689 towards #Hartlepool has a 2 mile tailback due to debris on the road, diversions are currently through Greatham village. Flatts Lane is closed on one side from Normanby to Guisborough bypass, due to fallen trees. Please take extra care if you're driving today and stay safe!

A road closure is in place on the A174 westbound between Hemlington slip road and the A19 roundabout while officers respond to a collision. We're advising drivers to please avoid the area and use alternative routes.
