I am a proud graduate of BSC. Clinical Medicine degree from @DiscoverJKUAT. The wise thing to do if you don't understand it's value and importance is to maintain your silence. You are neither an educationist nor an actively practicing consultant which renders your judgement abstract.
Ophthalmology graduates from @DiscoverJKUAT are Changing people's lives out here as they restore sight.
Worry about MBCHB and the ever rising unemployment rates, bashing another Cadre won't mask nor end your predicament.

Ealier in the day, I called Bachelors Degree in Clinical Medicine and Ophthalmology useless, and some guys took offense. Look here guys ,Ophthalmology is offered as a masters degree after bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery, so when someone cons you into doing it as a 1st degree,where will you work?You are better off doing a diploma in Clinical medicine then doing a higher diploma in it. Same applies for Bsc Clinical medicine,we already have diploma guys doing an awesome job,when you do a degree,where or what do you want to do differently?Its a nowonder you went to court to get the title 'Dr' and failed. You are just a glorified CO(no offense),you are better off doing the diploma then higher diploma. Same to those doing Public Health as a 1st degree....and the list goes on and on!! No one will tell you this,but the universities,especially @DiscoverJKUAT are not only wasting your time,they are CONING YOU!! Infact @MOH_Kenya should come up with a way of making the current COs transition to MBChB and do away with this stop gap measure introduced when we did not have enough universities to train medicine.
