Hard agree. Pro investing is a hard game. Lots of luck involved, even for the most skilled. I had disagreements with Benn over time. But he gave a lot to the community. Have some respect.

Heart goes out to Ben & the team at QVR. Last summer he took the time to meet me and the bubble team and gave me so much advice and guidance. I truly would not be where I am today without his help.

@choffstein @bennpeifert Maybe it's the dozens of posts like this that rubbed people the wrong way in addition to him directly attacking dozens of people for "not being able to trade right" when he's the one that managed to lose 30% YTD inside one of the greatest bull market of our lifetimes.

I don't understand the grave dancing on QVR's downfall. It's tough to build any business and sad to watch a few bad months sink 5+ years of hard work. I hope everyone there lands on their feet. I really don't get the pile-on against @bennpeifert personally. He's contributed tons of education to the discourse on options/volatility on this hellsite. You can dislike his politics/personal choices without cheering his downfall.

I know peeps will dunk on @bennpeifert tonight over this but props to him for taking a shot and building a firm to trade his vision. This can happen to any of us taking serious risk, the glory is in the comeback and we haven't seen the last of Ben.

@GrindeOptions Because not every single move in the market has to have a "logical explanation" but if you did want one, maybe them going up 150% in 6 weeks means higher volatility throughout both day and night sessions as they've attracted plenty of hot money.
