Just saw the news about @CliffBruntOG and I’m deeply saddened to hear it. Cliff is the personification of selflessness, kindness, and positivity, and one of the best journalists I’ve had the honor of meeting. When I first started covering the Thunder 11 years ago, he was always a friendly face in the room. A guy that looked like me, doing everything I hoped to do in this industry. I’m still shocked by the news, but one thing I know: God doesn’t make mistakes. They can’t keep an OG down. 🤝🏾

That's 21 years with AP total. When I started at AP in Indianapolis, I had a phone that didn't take photos and there was no X. I had no children and now I have three, including a 20-year-old. So much has changed.

I was the reporter let go in Oklahoma. It was only surprising because the Thunder are in the playoffs and the Women's CWS is coming up. I have great memories of my time here and of my colleagues. Thank you all for following me. As for media, if you're looking for help, hit me up.

A little over 12 years in OK. I'm not complaining. I covered 3 Summer Olympics, 3 NBA MVPs, 2 Heisman winners, a CFP game and an NBA Finals. And of course, the Women's CWS each year, one of my favorite events ever. I have been blessed. There are more great things ahead.
