I got a notice today apparently our lawayer just increased SERVICE CHARGE to ₦3.5M… when my rent is ₦2.5M. Read that again. SERVICE CHARGE is way higher than RENT. For what? No water 2 days a week? Generator that only works during NEPA hours? At this point I’m not a tenant, I’m an investor in their retirement plan. Make it make sense Nigeria 🇳🇬
