@mtn_highs I take many meds. Sometimes your prescription is cheaper through your insurance because companies have a deal with certain manufacturers. Other times not. It depends on several factors from type, namebrand, generic (always the best option), etc

Pharmacist: this is pretty expensive running it through your insurance I believe a discount code that I found will be cheaper.

Universal healthcare would be astronomically cheaper than our current system, would be the number one impact that could be immediately made to reduce the deficit, and the fact that this is not a widely known, accepted and argued for service is proof of the power of corporate propaganda.
