I believe that hiring a 'talent manager' is generally not a smart move. They do not know more than you can learn yourself. If you are having difficulties reaching a website, paying 25% from deals and $250 manager fee is not a viable option. There are several agencies charging 0-10% from the deals made and offer better services.

I really noticed this when a few streamers asked me if he was trustworthy, and when I asked why, they said they had paid him And today, a streamer who previously worked on our site contacted me and asked the same question. When I told him I didn't know this manager, he mentioned he couldn't get his money back, so I contacted that manager. I told him to send the money back to the streamer- he said he had an agreement and wouldn't pay. When I asked the streamer, he said he hadn't made agreement with him Always stay away from managers who ask for upfront payments for sponsorships!
