Was watching @TwistedMRivera tonight and found a particularly interesting celebration 🤔. Care to explain? #sf6 #alex

@RamsaurFGC @Slaynman Yeah I agree. Things get stale kinda quick because the execution in this game is more or less a non factor.
English

@ClisetheStarKid @Slaynman Reason I said “more difficult” and not “it’s hard”
One of my top issues with ipadbaby fighter 6 is how brain dead the execution is. Almost Every character does the same brain dead full cash out route for 65% damage
English

@RamsaurFGC @Slaynman True, but most of Cammy's combos are so easy, that it's basically like playing a modern game...
English

@Slaynman Notice how in USF4 the combos are more difficult bc of no buffer
And in sf5 you could only get Jab into special
In sf6 Akuma and demon flip dive kick full screen same if you happened to be trying to play footsies at the time you get sniped into a medium button

Don’t worry, everyone has that problem of playing well against good players and sight absolute nuts. I have that problem constantly when I play online. Hahaha. Usually, in situations where I can play long long sets, it always eventually shifts to them not being able to beat me. But in short sets, I can get smoked very easily.
Against normal players, you make adjustments and try to put them into situations where you force them to guess and kill then via mixups. This is the smart and proper way to play.
But vs. nuts you can’t do that to them. Everything you’ve learned tells you you should fight them with good fundamentals, use your strong mixups, etc. But it doesn’t work.
Against players like that, you don’t make adjustments. You play safe, don’t force them into mixups, let them hang themselves. Stop trying to play smart. Play as basic and simple as possible if it’s working. And don’t change what you’re doing until you have to. Don’t force them into mixups unless the mixup is particularly safe, because you can’t predict them as easily.
And most importantly, TAKE YOUR TIME against them. If beating them means antiairing them 70 times for no damage, do it. Don’t rush yourself. Just keep on doing what’s working. Switch only when you finally see THEM switch. But don’t try any fancy “switch before they switch because I’m smart” stuff. Hahaha. I always do this and die. LOL!
And the last piece of advice I have: never ever ever ever EVER see a player like that and think they suck or they are a scrub. That’s what’s gonna get you killed. Fighting like a nut is absolutely a skill, and some players bring playing like a nut into high levels. People will think of the Noahs and such, but it also applies to the highest level of nuts, like a Kazunoko.
Hell, that recent Daigo Guilty Gear clip from the Evo account has so many people saying Daigo looked like he was playing with a bomb strapped to his chest. LOL! It’s a completely completely valid way to play and often can net you victories against better players who think they’re above and chastise that kind of play style.
So learn to respect it, and learn how to fight it.

@jchensor I do well against controlled players but the chaotic ones I struggle with cause their options don't make sense in my logical ass brain. I have a weak mindset to those archetypal players and I recognize that. Seriously, thank you for the info James I was not expecting. My goat ❤️

🚨 AMAZON DRIVER EXPOSES 300 STOPS IN ONE SHIFT — THEN SHOWS HER TRUCK AND PEOPLE CAN’T BELIEVE THIS IS WHAT’S EXPECTED
An Amazon driver shows her route on her phone… then turns the camera to her truck and it’s overflowing.
• 300 stops
• 524 packages
• 421 locations
• Every shelf stuffed
• Boxes stacked to the roof
• Barely any space to even move
Her reaction says everything:
“Are y’all crazy?”
This isn’t peak season.
This isn’t a one-off.
This is what a “normal” route looks like.
Some say it’s just part of the job.
Others are asking how anyone is supposed to finish this in a single shift.
Is this efficiency… or is this straight up burnout waiting to happen?
