If you just walk 8-10 k steps a day, lift 3-4 times a week and eat 300-400 calories under your maintenance calories 90% of the time, you will hit your dream physique in 4-6 months pretty easily, I feel like so many people out there overcomplicate health and fitness too much

Gundam's Minovsky Particle and Mass Effect's Element Zero owe the Holtzman Shield their existence.
