@thomaswhartley When a manager is sacked should all the coaching medical back room staff automatically go aswell then ? The manager calls the shots & makes the final decisions that doesn’t mean the coaching staff necessarily agree . Manager of the month is for managing everyone & everything ⚽️

@thomaswhartley Thinking about this all day , I guess each piece of creativity is unique so how could you teach it ?
As you say you can only design a practice to encourage the use of someone’s creativity & develop the use of it 👍🏻

Questions for you @thomaswhartley As coaches we ask & encourage our players to be creative , but can you teach creativity?

@tgbrock @thomaswhartley I guess a person using their creativity is unique to each individual situation or circumstance their facing, Coaching in a designed environment to emerge & flourish using their creativeness , is that coaching or teaching. You can’t teach the creativity only encourage development

Do we see signs of a person creativity in other subjects, would that mean that person is more likely to be creative in most other activities they undertake In the right environment 🤔

Not sure that’s quite correct mate. It does depend on how you define it. You are completely correct on environmentally facilitating/encouraging it. But also believe there are meta cognitive skills which, when taught, increase creativity.
