If that were the case my guess is Chapter 3 Wenona kills Jean and you need to use Pathos over Ethos to come to the correct conclusion.

I think that Wenona is smart enough to take emotions into consideration, especially considering just her being the ultimate entrepreneur, but I think it could still be interesting to consider
