@RamnorH i think it's good. it's about learning to be human, and how something fairly cringe can still be important. Yes, LYRE is a bit embarassing at times, but that's not an accident. But that's a matter of personal taste.

The general feel of early SCP was a nameless, faceless and careless organization that was hellbrnt on studying and cataloguing anomalies. Now its Quirky Chungus HQ. Need i remind everyone the superwholock, tumblr obsessed Super Space Ship that killed everyone it disliked?

@CloneLolbit @joyceanfb I dont know, this is why the internet exist. Im allowed to have my opinion informed or not, and i dont really want to wave that right. Also I did read the start of it and said this is bad and dropped it. So i did read it, just not fully.

@CloneLolbit @joyceanfb Maybe so, and as I said i may look into it in the future but eh. Another thing that i peraonally dislike of current SCP is the pulling of the veil too much, but thats a me issue with creative direction not a criticism.

@RamnorH @joyceanfb If you want to go looking for these types of stories, you WILL find them, but SCP as a whole has mostly changed in that stories got a lot more intricate.

@RamnorH @joyceanfb Yeah, but it's all isolated articles and old characters that went out of fashion. SCP has always had cringey OCs (not that LYRE is one, at least not in the way you claim her to be), and always will. It's not a new trend, and not a particularly prevalent one.

@RamnorH @joyceanfb about 95% of the discourse sorrounding 2721 comes from the fact that a bunch of actual nazis got mad that it had a trans woman and popularized it as "THE bad SCP". It's not a big logical leap to make.

@RamnorH @joyceanfb No, I got that, I'm just making fun of your selective perception of the SCP wiki. Modern SCP is full of stories much like the old wiki, or different ones that I assume would suit you much better. Homestuck barely gets mentioned, I believe.
