@PureTalk I fucking hate you more than AT&T MCI and every other provider I’ve ever used. I’ve never spent more than 12 hours online and customer service for any stupid Internet provider than you find someone to give me my data tonight.

I've talked to eight reps that cannot turn on my personal hotspot because no one can change the billing date or the time they turn on my hotspot from the 22nd to today your company is a piece of crap you owe me more than money

I spent 12 hours with @puretalk trying to refill my hotspot data and I still have nothing. You have fundamental problems in this corporation and you must fix them. I have talked to eight people and nothing is fixed.
