Xarelto: When are generics coming to U.S. market? Should be 8/2024; however, Janssen filed lawsuit to try to stop it, creating an application for a product - rivaroxaban plus aspirin - to say it's a 'new formulation' of xarelto and therefore should get patent extended until 2039.

When are generics for Eliquis coming onto the market in the U.S.? Generic apixaban was FDA approved 2019 and then got tied up in patent litigation & now earliest that generic manufacturers are permitted to launch apixaban products is April 1, 2028.
