@porsche Needs to improve its tech support. Logged a basic issue with them on 15th April and "Germany" is still trying to figure out the solution! While excellent at h/w, perhaps s/w is not their strong suite.

Wow, what a whirlwind of a week! First, many congratulations to the entire @Egnyte team on their successful exit to @TAAssociates and GI Partners! It's an amazing outcome for a 15 year run in building a category-defining company that proved you can generate world-class value for customers with world-class capital efficiency. Second, a heartfelt congratulations to founders @CloudNotEnough, @GovernanceGuru, @AmritJassal, and Rajesh Ram. I couldn't think of a more humble and hard-working founding team that deserves this more. Earlier in my career, I was fortunate to join @Egnyte to start & build the Life Sciences business unit. The founders gave me tremendous latitude, resources, and, most importantly, trust, to create a new class of product & GTM to support the evolution of Egnyte. Further, their leadership style and approach to building a business is something I admire deeply. I find myself asking 'What would Vineet do?' in important business situations. I'm forever grateful and indebted to them and the team we built at ELS over the years. Many are still friends, mentors and investors today. I predict that at the next E-staff, Vineet will simply reference the sale as an 'interim milestone' and refocus on how Egnyte can better serve customers, haha. Looking forward to seeing the company scale to $500M and beyond!
