Pro tip - Buy a VPS from Hostinger for under $20 - Host the necessary open-source tools yourself - Set up the database and other tools on the VPS - Back up your database on Cloudflare R2 storage for free 💡Use a tool like Dokploy or Coolify to automate all of this

@uncommmmon @tomilola_ng Internal wallets across multiple countries puts you squarely in the payments infrastructure space, even if the core product isn't a fintech app. You'll still be touching currency handling, transaction records, and likely local regulations per country.

@CloudWithSomi @tomilola_ng Thank you for your input. I am building a project which is not a fintech app but has lots to do with paying users. It has global and local economies scoped into it. Internal wallet per each country.

But in fintech, your infrastructure choices are part of your compliance posture, and that has real business value when you're closing enterprise deals or going through due diligence. The goal is still to start lean✍️
