It is absurd that 100+ people have been arrested for peacefully protesting against the most serious issue of our time. We must phase out fossil fuels faster, fairly, and forever. I support peaceful protests and the @RisingTideAus blockade of the world’s largest coal port.

I’m horrified to hear of fellow NSW councillors making blantantly homophobic remarks at a recent conference. And I’m proud of Councillor Adam Worling for calling out this shameful behaviour, and being a leader for the LGBTIQA+ community. ab.co/3MS9sne
