@8qkrz wellll i mostly omad’ed under 1,000 cal daily and generally try to get around 5k+ steps, lightweight lifting or assisted push-ups, and try to do around 50 bulgarian squats OR “curtsy squats” (idk if thats what theyre actually called i saw someone do it in a video n it worked)

@bambisballet I was really sedentary around the start of my wl, I just started to go on walks and im only reaching 2k steps and the water retention is BAD :( did you have that problem and if so HOW DO YOU GET RID OF ITTT☹️
