Hey @gumroad. Why is communications about these changes simply IMPOSSIBLE for your company. I think a 10x increase on how much is required to get a payout is worth telling us before hand. On top of that, why the US alone? I just wanted my $10 for the steam sale.

@Aramori_ @thetommietomm if it helps in the future, I find that you can find new contacts/message requests on the mobile app, but then need to use the mobile website/desktop to actually reply. new requests won't show on desktop, so use the app. it's not at *all* the way it should work, but it does work.

hey! thanks for bringing this to my attention i had messaged your friend with an invite to the tournament, and then from my end, never heard back. i was really excited to have her join, since i didnt know of her previously, she is a good player, and has a strong latin following that i have no prior reach in. i figured it would be really nice to include that side of marvel rivals community in AGCC. unfortunately, since she is a really big creator, i had assumed my DMs were completely lost to her. i figured she had a bunch of people messaging her, and maybe her herself wasnt the one who signed up, but a fan maybe had signed up for her. i had checked my inbox for her response SEVERAL days after the imposed deadline, even going to her profile, and still saw nothing. unfortunately, this is not what actually happened. she HAD responded, but it was not visible to me, we think because of twitter's new encrypted messages system. its been funky between users and making entire messages appear HIDDEN and just being extremely buggy. this is a very big misunderstanding, and very unfortunate. please understand i myself have had to go through almost 400 applications to the tournament, sort through them all, and contact each and every single one of the participants myself. ive reached out to your friend and offered her a spot in AGCC, where she will be able to participate and receive coaching just like all of the other players. i deeply regret something like this happening, but i hope it doesn't impact your perception of the tournament coming this month. these players have a lot to offer, and are VERY excited to show that to everyone. thank you again for being understanding and bringing this to my attention.

There hasn't been a singular "vtubing community" for quite a long while. It started off as one when it was a lot smaller, but as it's grown other parts split off into their own sub-communities. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but it can certainly leave some without connection.
