@lmsb99 @deeppaann Honestly, I think you'd do much better investing the foreign signing money into two or three quality players and leaving the rest of the slots unused. Talipov, Malumandsoko, and friends last season were by far the worst foreign contingent I've ever seen in the league, sadly.

@deeppaann Pains me as a TPU fan but we are one instance where the expanded foreigners quota have ironically hurt us more then it benefited. Says a lot when the local players like Zaiful Nizam and Raihan are the standout performers. Fewer journeymen and more hungry young talents please.

@deeppaann I'd say it's fine to contract as many foreigners as you want as a club, but it should be 5 or 6 of them on the field at a time at most. Right now, it just feels like LCS' continental ambitions get priority over long-term development of the wider league and the NT. 3/3

@deeppaann Knowing foreigners usually play in the 'spine' of the team, we're also disproportionately blocking potential NT players from being able to develop in those positions. They need as much SPL time as they can get, SPL2 is not fit for this purpose. 2/?

Agree with the overall premise. Overall quality of foreigners has been sub par at best. Quality > quantity. But with our clubs competing in continental competitions, four will also be too low. What’s the sweet spot ? 6? 7? Or should the question be around how clubs recruit.

Who are these foreigners playing in our league? If they are worse off than our locals, we don't need them. We need 4 top quality foreign pros. That's it. Play the locals.
