Venturi 500 LM chassis #003 was entered by Stephane Ratel at Le Mans 1993 where it crashed 3 times in the race. It was upgraded to a 600 LM and served as BBA's second art car at LM 1995, DNFing, then was upgraded to an 600 SLM for 1996, where it prequalified on the reserve list

Despite the fact that the F1 GTR has rendered it obselete after one year, the Venturi 600 LM did score one win in BPR in 1995 at Montlhery... ...the caveat being most of the F1 GTRs skipped the round and the car only won the GT1 class, finishing behind 3 lower class 993 GT2s
