Three years ago tonight I sat in an Ann Arbor hotel room watching the US lose to Japan in the WBC...I honestly didn't know if that was going to be the last baseball game I'd watch. I had an awake craniotomy in the morning to remove a cancerous brain tumor. I always get some rough anxiety on the anniversary of the surgery....i don't know if it's survivors guilt, fear of the unknown or what. I thank god every single day for giving me the opportunity to have more time with my wife and kids. Praying that tumor never comes back. There is nothing I want more than to support this franchise but I just don’t know how to anymore. There’s no hope. There’s no joy. My friends don’t care. I just don’t know what to do anymore. I’m lost. This sucks. Please fix it. I want to love Orioles baseball again.
